The Game is organism charged with battery following an alleged incident involving his first cousin and a family funeral last calendar month, which we originally reported on here.
TMZ reports he is organism charged by the Hawthorne City Attorney's Office and as the rapper is already on probation (for firearms offences), the battery violation could lead to jail time.
It's claimed he punched first cousin Robert "Kirky" Kirkwood over a contravention with funeral expenses (around $7,000). Kirkwood claimed The Game offered to pay half of the expenses only never did, yet he turned up at the funeral - where the argument skint out.
